The Fishing Highway Fly fishing British Columbia

The Fishing Highway

Highway 24 in BC is known as the Fishing Highway. There are hundreds of lakes to fish within an hour either direction. Sheridan Lake is located on highway 24, the fishing highway, and is one of British Columbias best freshwater fisheries period. The allure of catching fish on this trophy lake draws in many anglers from all over the USA and other parts of Canada looking to put their skills to the test.  Its sheer size and unpredictable weather can be initmidating, but the chance to catch a trout of a lifetime outweighs those factors. For us it's the best fishery in B.C and thats why we choose to exclusively fish this lake come June weather permitting. When you fish with us the rod will be bent. Often times we have to work for them but when we find them it's on.  We target trophy rainbows and brook trout through the months of May to July long weekend. We offer trips for no more than 2 anglers per day on this fishery to ensure the quality. No exceptions. We offer trips through Sheridan Lake Resort so if you’re looking to stay somewhere get in touch with them. Tammy and Titus are amazing people and you will be sure to enjoy their little slice of paradise.

We target these fish with 5/6/7 Weight Fly rods or Spinning rods/bait casters for those unwilling to learn to fly fish.

Peak Season is May to beginning of July & Mid sept to end of October
